Flat Earth: Is it, or isn’t it? And a Contest to Enter… [videos]

One of the most fascinating topics today for me is the subject of Flat Earth.

For some time now, every time I saw those round balls on the header of Starship Earth I cringed—even though I chose them. I feel like it’s a lie. Seriously, it makes me very uncomfortable, and several things have nudged me in a new direction.

I have seen and heard enough to cause me to seriously question the validity of the story of the world we live in (or on) and I’m ready to take the leap off the marble and get on solid, flat ground.

A few people of like mind have sent me links to images of a flat earth, but there are probably hundreds, and I thought I would give the gang a chance to take part in the process of redesigning the Starship Earth header.

Yes, I decided to have a CONTEST to find the perfect new image for the blog that fits a new model of Starship Earth.

For those who think a flat earth theory is pure bunkum or are on the fence, submitting an image in no way suggests you are a believer, LOL. You may retain your skeptic status!

Criteria and Guidelines: It’s pretty simple. It has to be an appealing image in colour, but not cartoon-like, such as this…

…and I think I would prefer one with a dome showing, but it depends on the image.

I really like the one below, but it doesn’t unequivocally show a flat Earth when someone takes a quick look. When I first saw it, I didn’t realize what it was. I’d like for it to very clearly be a flat Earth we’re seeing, if possible.

It has to be something that will look good with the current “Dusk to Dawn” WordPress blog theme. So in other words, remove the current blue and green image of the two globes at the top of the blog and imagine the new image there on that dark blue background.

If the image you find is small, click on it, grab a corner handle and make it bigger. If it stays sharp and doesn’t get blurry when enlarged, it’s probably a high enough quality that we can use it and crop it, if necessary.

The best images for our use will be rectangular, landscape format, like the existing one.

It must be a royalty-free image. The Humanitarian funds haven’t come my way, yet, so I want to keep it free. ;0)

You may enter as many images as you like, or as many times as you like—but please take it easy on us.

Hopefully the one we like best will be one we can make the right size for the header.

How to Enter: Please submit a link to the image you want to enter where it resides on the Internet, via the comments section under this post.

If there is more than one image at that link and you can’t figure out how to send just one, please describe the one you are submitting so we get the right one entered.

I won’t approve the comments containing submissions so you won’t know which images have been submitted by others, and that’s okay.

Deadline: The contest closes Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at midnight Mountain Standard Time in the USA.

Hi Starship Earth,
I’m an avid believer that the earth is flat. Well, somewhat flat and not at all concave but convex. After watching all of the videos I could get my hands on of Math Boylan, I am a believer. He used to be an artist that worked for NASA and shows exactly how they drew Antartica by flipping the outer borders, exactly, to form the continent. I have 2 pictures that are my favorite, from one of his videos. Not sure how they would fit as a banner, but they are really cool pictures.

Lalita, I’ve shared some of Matt’s video a few months ago. Most intriguing. Thanks for the heads up for images of flat earth.

I would like to say that this whole world is a dark dream of Separation
From God, God is LOVE, PEACE, HARMONY, GRACE, LAUGHTER
AND JOY.. Therefore only the Truth of God is True. The rest is
a total nightmare. In a glorious book titled ”A Course in Miracles”
there’s are so many exquisite statements such as ”Everyone and
everything I see lean toward me to bless me”. Do you live in such
a world !! If not, then you’re like a great many here who believe
in the seeming power in war, hatred,hopelessness, anger and ill will towards all. i’d say there’s a lot of empty talk in whether the
world is round or flat. Only GOD’S TRUTH IS TRUE, IT JUST DOES
NOT HAVE ANY OPPOSITE .

There were those who thought the world was flat, a truly ignorant
thought, and by ignorant I mean there’s just an erasure of Truth in that
idea. And if you’ve never read the extraordinarily glorious book called
A Course in Miracles, I’d advise that you do read it asap. In fact,
in that book it’s stated ‘There is no world.” That’s because we are

i asked a group of friends recently, ”Do you think there’ll ever be

living in a hopeless and ignorant world”. There’s NO opposite
to Heaven, because it’s all about LOVE, PEACE AND GRACE AND
TRUTH.” All the rest is a dark dream of separation.

As a child, I always felt like we all lived in a snow-globe. So, the flat earth and dome theory doesn’t seem far fetched to me. In fact, I resonate with it rather strongly.

Great idea and topic. I have been open-minded too latley on this and really wondering. International pilots MUST know, at least they should.Those outspoken and experienced “Abel Danger” pilots must have some info. I really wanna know the truth on this one too!

For those who have not seen it, on a related topic, the film ( in 2 parts) by Jay Weidner, “Kubric’s Oddessey” will likely convince them that Kubric, made a deal with the Illuminati and filmed the fake moon landings. He attemtps to disclose this symboloically inhis film, “The Shining”. I saw this film via GAIAM TV on line. I assume it is availble elsewhere.
