For those not aware, John Darash and his teams at the ‘National Liberty Alliance’ have been writing and issuing the documentation necessary to free us from the corruption and illegal tyranny of the dark cabal—the imposters posing as our ‘government’.
The “writ mandamus” documents have now been filed, and there are many of them to cover various aspects of the current “illegal” system.
I love this part:
This document is not for interpretation by BAR attorneys; “Laws are made for men of ordinary understanding and should, therefore, be construed by the ordinary rules of common sense. Their meaning is not to be sought for in metaphysical subtleties which may make anything mean everything or nothing at pleasure.” – Thomas Jefferson to William Johnson, 1823 ME 15:450. All respondents took an oath to uphold and protect the Constitution and therefore should understand these documents; if not learn or resign your post.
I’ve discussed this before but if you’re not aware, the ORIGINAL 13th Amendment to the US Constitution—before it was slipped out by the corrupt parties—stated that no one of “nobility” or individuals of title were to be part of the government. That referred at that time to those such as “esquire”, which were barristers, solicitors, lawyers, attorneys at law.
We know why that was intended to be part of the Constitution, and why it was removed. Most of the US government we interact with are lawyers, and they are responsible for drafting up documents, bills and laws that only they can understand and are far too large for our representatives to want to read in full, and they use a language that has an entirely different meaning than we lay people were taught.
They have corrupted the system, and we didn’t realize it. But now we know, and the illegalities of government are being addressed.
They pass laws to control us; we are playing by their rules. We’re taking them down legally—and peacefully, and this just may be our saving grace.
The corrupt courts are being served, and now the Common Law Grand Juries are in place to take the criminals to task—thanks to people like John Darash and his teams who have put years of work into this and seem to have pulled a rabbit out of a hat. I don’t know how they did this in the short time they’ve had. They must eat, sleep and breathe this stuff.
It’s incredible what they have accomplished, and I heartily applaud them for their dedication. The People of the Republic of the United States owe them a debt of gratitude. I trust other countries are following suit.
Legal documents have never been interesting for most of us to read (by design), but I think you’ll find these vastly different from what you might expect. They speak our language. Here’s a sample:
LIBERTY RISING
The purpose of this Mandamus is to expose foreign and domestic tyrants posing as Americans that have infiltrated our government at all levels in a concerted effort to overthrow the fifty governments of the united 40 States by seizing their seat of power our Federal City a/k/a Washington DC. I find this terribly exciting. We’re puttin’ on the writs!
Here is an excerpt from the writ mandamus for “Subversion”.
On June 6, 2015 We the People filed Writ Mandamus concerning subversion revealing Jade Helm, a Trojan-horse to take America, and exposing foreign and domestic tyrants, posing as Americans, who have infiltrated our government at all levels in a concerted effort to overthrow the fifty governments of the united States. These tyrants have seized their seat of power (our Federal City a/k/a Washington DC) and thereby have covertly erected a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific, political operations; through courts of fiction, contrary to the authority by which they claim (Article I Section 8 Clauses 17 and 18), prevent the execution of the Law of the Land resulting in the enslaving of the sovereign People of America;
“Now is the time to pay attention, take a stand and prevent these tyrants from building their dark cities. Become empowered. Read the Writs because we must “educate and inform the whole mass of the people… They are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty.” Thomas Jefferson; and then join NLA as we take this battle to the courts and our federal city.”
If you can do nothing else, I heartily encourage you to take part in this battle. Take their advice and read the writs. It’s your duty as an American citizen of the Republic, and it’s truly interesting reading. Share them!

Hi Molly, Just thought I would post this man’s wonderful testimonial since he joined NLA a year ago and how he has put the information to practical use.

I joined NLA almost a year ago. The information shared on the Monday night calls and throughout the NLA website is excellent and quite accurate, if not precise. In the first few weeks, I listened to archived NLA calls, watched many of the videos, and read many articles of information throughout the website. After a few weeks of study, I could feel a significant paradigm shift within me. It was very uplifting, and it took me on a journey that soon became an amazing private voyage. Learning from NLA about the law has benefited me and my friends and my family in numerous ways. This quest for more knowledge has kept me occupied enough to quit drinking alcohol, quit watching sports, and quit watching TV until I complete the NLA Civics Course and deal with local courts in my area.
Thanks to NLA, I was able to make a Special Appearance on my own (my girlfriend was at my side) at a silly Arraignment Hearing at county circuit court for “Operating Motor Vehicle Without Proof of Insurance!” The district attorney tried and tried over and over to bamboozle me into accepting as fact that that is what the crime was. I told her that “by definition” those terms don’t apply to me. I told her to prove jurisdiction, which she didn’t, all she said is that the state has jurisdiction, which was her assumption. I objected to every word interlaced into the statutes that dealt with COMMERCE. She got really flustered. I told her she didn’t have my consent to apply those commercial terms to me cause I was not employed to do any commerce at the time. I told her that the subject matter applied to parties doing commercial business, not me. I let her go get her statutory law book & dictionary to give us both a water break.
She came back with a few security guards who stood off in the distance to watch me. I had my Black’s Law Dictionary 4th Edition with me. I also brought a compilation of case laws and notes in a big white binder. She was going in circles saying she had jurisdiction and then repeating the commercial terms and applying them to me. I explained to her that I wasn’t a driver cause I wasn’t employed to drive. I directed my pursuit-of-happiness-mobile/pleasure-mobile from one town to the next; I did not operate it cause I wasn’t employed to operate.
I was pursuing happiness and the cop pulled me over based on his own lie. He dropped the lie after I told him he was mistaken, but then he wanted proof of insurance from me and got borderline psychotic. While I was under duress, he stole my driver’s license right out of my hand and ran back to his commode, wrote me up a citation for no proof of insurance, ran back, spat out a quick script that wasn’t understandable, and gave me the citation and my i.d. back. I thanked him right away and took off cause I was in hot pursuit of happiness, plus I am well aware that I should not argue the law with a cop who ignores the law and stubbornly stands with negative statutes.
Well, the female district attorney didn’t care that the cop was a liar. I kept using non-commercial terms like locomotion, directing, rolling, traveling, etc. to prove to her that I was not operating a motor vehicle whatsoever. She said that directing meant operating. I told her that those terms are not synonymous! She was catching on but her trainee, a male DA intern, was looking like a deer caught in headlights… probably thinking I was crazy lol, or that I was his hero lol.
Of course, she was taking up more time than she expected with me. Oh, before she went to grab her books, she was convinced that she would have to push this case to an official trial. At the end, she still wanted proof of insurance. I stuck to my terms, but she wanted something to work with. I wanted to whip some applicable case laws regarding jurisdiction and traveling at her, but I decided to get the silly hearing over with asap, so I laid the ultimate law down for them to see…

Neither of them objected. 🙂 It was evident that insurance is not necessary cause everything belongs to God. She told me that she did not know what to do now. I told her that she needs to dismiss the case. She dismissed the case without any more hesitation. She then tried to teach me that I shouldn’t come to court hearings cause of a $10 traffic ticket LOL. I didn’t feel like explaining how they just violated my God-given rights the whole time. I asked her if she was familiar with due process, and she said yes, and then she got quiet lol. FYI- I’m leaving out some other details since this isn’t an affidavit, and I don’t want to ramble too much here.
Anyway, now I have the option of becoming a Plaintiff of an action at law to sue her and the cop for crimes committed and attempted crimes. I’m not sure if I will go that far yet, but I deserve a decent remedy for being violated during my pursuit of happiness in my pleasure-mobile. 😛
I’m about 3/4 done with the Civics Course. I’m looking forward to being a Plaintiff in several future cases. Thank you NLA! Thanks to all that participate! We aren’t lost at sea anymore! I’m the captain of my own ship, and I am really enjoying the use of the USA Civil Flag of common law! I’ll keep spreading the word! Have a good one!
