It caught my attention what Sarbacher said. When discussing enzymes from foods and how we need them, it spares us the energy burden of trying to make digestive enzymes ourselves. (This is why we need digestive aids now in 21st century though). However he said eating all raw food isn’t good. I’m cutting the story short here. He said the way to cook vegetables to maximise their enzyme availiability content better than raw (hopefully colour and flavours good too) is to add them to a pan of BOILING water. And leave for ten minutes then eat. I would cook them in spring water then drink that.
I mention all this because I try to cross check different people and here, he seems to chime with Larence Wilson. The trouble is it depresses me in evenings after work to come home to put vegetables in the pressure cooker and sit down to them. The vibrant green for a start has faded and I just don’t bother. But he says not to eat vegetables al dente as no minerals will be absorbed.
Hopefully this Sarbacher way is better, broccoli still being a vibrant green and flavours better than pressure cooker mush which is just depressing.

Sounds like a Plan. But when you say “leave,” I assume you mean turn the stove off first. 🙂 I also assume you’re not saying a pan full of water!
I put just a little water at the bottom of a pan, bring it to a boil, and then set a steamer of cut-up veggies (broccoli, kale or whatever) in the pan — not letting the steamer touch the water. I can usually tell when it’s cooked just right — several minutes or so. Have heard It’s also good to later drink the water that’s on the bottom of the steamer pan. *_*
Yes, I was unhappy at the ambiguity you read my mind. Ill have to listen to the whole Sarbacher interview again this week. But he said…into a pan of boiling water, and keep it going for 10 mins. I don’t remember if he said take it down to simmer. Perhaps a little lower than full boiling. Yes I might do steaming again. Pressure cooking (when I can be bothered), can actually come out ok if theres olive oil and perhaps some meat in, to make a richer dish. Vegetables on their own…I can force them down during the day when im not out at work, as a type of medicine. They do after a few days work, theres a definite downward moving energy effect in the body, and toxins elminiated, and overall cleaner feeling. But really I cannot keep that up. It has to instead be vegetables as part of nice Italian or Lebanese or indian type dishes, such as chicken garlic and spinach dish with rice and vermicelli. Then I can eat loads of vegetables. Its about making the effort to cook.
But I do think if I only ate raw salads all the time, they are too cold and indigestible and not enough minerals available. I love salads though especially basil and Italian tomato and cheese and olive oil

I don’t mind if I’m wrong on flat earth, a big part of me feels it could be. , I have no energetic attachment ego attachment to any beliefs at all. In fact I don’t like the word beliefs.
