A Mexican YouTuber is bringing an alert via DAHB00777 and I agree, it’s beyond suspicious. Tijuana, Mexico isn’t far from San Diego, California.
There are many links on the Internet to articles documenting Haitians and Africans in Mexico in September and October 2016—even June, so I don’t think this happened as suddenly as it may sound.
I’ve included one article below saying many came from Brazil after they were evacuated from Haiti in 2010 as a result of the man-made earthquake there.
That’s interesting in itself, isn’t it, when we know the NWO plans everything decades in advance?
Goodness knows what they were promised to congregate here without saying a word. Speaking their native tongue of French would be a good clue as to their identity. It would also suggest they are NOT Muslim, but Christian, and likely Catholic.
It’s possible there may be Africans as well, but we’ll see.

I’ve always had the feeling that ‘someone’ is trying to get people to leave CA so it can be bought or taken over for some major oil or natural resource to exploit, or just the real estate. Any state bordering the ocean should be using desalinization to balance out any ‘droughts’. They certainly should not be letting corporations like Nestles to bottle and ship the water out of state while farmers are being forced out of business and farms and orchards let to die, which in turn affects the US and World. These ecological disasters are more than just natural events.
This could be part of that agenda, Captain. They may make things unbearable in California in hopes many will leave. The Haitian people have had such a raw deal for many years, however. It’s not their fault they are being manipulated and uprooted from their homeland.
