We recently learned of the death of Miami attorney Beranton Whisenant, whose body washed up on a Florida beach revealing head trauma. That was May 24th.
Two more are now dead. One, Ervin Gonzales may have been suicided, as he was a very successful, high-functioning lawyer but it has been suggested in a Miami newspaper he was suffering from depression. The two don’t go together. People who are depressed and take medication usually don’t function well at all. That was June 8.
The third, Naphtali Wacks, apparently died as a result of injuries sustained in a bizarre hit and run on May 31—but he died much later, on June 4.
Police tracked down the perp lightning fast and had massive amounts of CCTV footage to identify him. (Funny that didn’t happen with the murder of Seth Rich.)
And all this in Debbie Wasserman-Shultz territory.
Is arkencide catchy? It may have spread from doctors to lawyers and could reach epidemic proportions. You can’t make this stuff up. I guess Miami won’t get nominated “most livable city” this year.
At least they’re mixing up the CODs a little now to look less suspicious. We can only tolerate so many suicides, and when someone shoots themselves seven times in the head with a nail gun… well, it’s just too hokey.
Freeing a planet from the clutches of psychopaths is a high stakes game, and many have given their lives. I hope we appreciate it. ~ BP
