Here in Great Britain the present Tory government has come up with a cunning plan.More cunning than Blackadder’s Baldric.
Michael Gove has said he wants to open up council rubbish / trash sites so people can dig around and purchase items that have been discarded by others.
For instance a child’s push scooter would be £5.00 while a TV would be £40.00.

if you think they are just after the children, trust me. you should see what is happening in Montreal with the sick and especially the elderly., Too many of the elderly and they could live a long time but since they are only taking their pensions from Quebec and it is bankrupt they save a great deal of money by not opening more long term care facilites actually closing them down and then and also the costs of their long term medical they take matters into their own hands I saw this for myself and fought them to no avail You do not leave very sick loved ones alone in any hospital there,. Bear in mind Quebec is the most socialized Provence in Canada. The nurses are told when they go into training there that they will see things that effect their religious or moral code so quit now at the start or else say nothing You are not allowed a relationship with any doctors or nurses on staff If you ask them a question they refer you to the resident in charge. So i learned we do not want Socialized medicine here. Far better to pay for your health coverage then have no say in what goes on. i watched them dismantle the system for years. It was great in the beginning but soon the cuts started. No country can afford it as it exists now That will change once the new techologies are finally released
