If you listened to Simon Parkes speak with Ted Maher of Out of This World Radio on February 8, you heard Simon say it’s his understanding that President Trump wanted to declare a state of emergency in America by now but was advised that the public is not ready for that and he needs to advance the situation in the country further to justify it to have the support of the American people, or something to that effect.
If the “state of emergency” would be grounds for martial law, then perhaps this update from David is something they want to get out so at least the alt media/truth media is aware.
