Hi. I would like to clarify some things you have missed in your discussion of legal issues. First, the term ‘understand’ actually means to ‘stand under,’ or submit yourself to ‘the charges,’ the law, or whatever. So when the judge asks you if you understand the charges against you, just continue to respond, “No, I do NOT understand those charges.” and the judge will have to let you go free. Second, the judge is “in a box” in the court, and is therefore NOT ACTUALLY THERE! The Clerk of the Court is the officer in actual charge of everything. The judge is only there for show in the charade they play in their “Court” (as in tennis or basketball court, for example). Third, look up and start to learn how to use the Allocution procedure. Ask for what you want, and the court has to give it to you. Above all, don’t take things too seriously. Remember, all lawyers, and ALL POLITICIANS, always lie. That is their business..
I watched the whole rally last night, really amazing to see! He’s more than a rock star, I’ve been to a lot of concerts and have never seen that amount of enthusiasm in my life – each rally seems to get better and I’m always stunned at how far out on a tangent he can go, but always come right back to the point, he really has a brilliant mind.
