When your parents die it is a very unique grieving experience. What got me through this personally was the knowledge that your parent/parents are now you spirit guides. The spirit guides that you have had since your birth are now free to help others. I sense my mom and dad all the time on a daily basis now. My strength, guidance and awareness is much more expansive.
