NANO SOMA Inhibits in vitro SARS-COV-2

NANO SOMA has been shown to inhibit SARS-COV-2 viral entry by blocking TMPRSS2 and ACE2 receptor in vitro and has been demonstrated to protect SARS-COV-2 positive patients in 3 to 5 days.

Metadichol® (NANO SOMA), a nano lipid formulation of long chain alcohols, has been shown in vitro studies to protect against SARS-COV-2 and it does so by blocking the cell entry points for SARS-COV-2. The receptor ACE2 is used by the virus for entry and the serine protease TMPRSS2 for S protein priming. It inhibits both ACE2 and TMPRSS2. An assay against the virus using CACO2 cells showed that it had an EC90 of 0.16 µg/ml, which means it effectively eliminates the virus at a very low concentration.

Metadichol® inhibits TMPRSS2 (EC50 of 96 ng/ml). It is 270 times more potent than another well-known inhibitor Camostat mesylate, which has EC50 of (26000 ng/ml). Metadichol is also a moderate inhibitor of ACE2 with an EC50 of 31 µg/ml. Moderate inhibition of ACE2 allows it to perform its key functions in the body, yet fend off SARS-COV-2 entry to the cell. ACE2 lowers blood pressure, regulates intestinal neutral amino acid transport. ACE2 expression and function is increasingly recognized as a potential therapeutic strategy in hypertension and cardiovascular disease, diabetes, lung injury, and fibrotic disorders.

Metadichol, by binding to the Vitamin D receptor (VDR), acts on proteases like Furin and Adam-17, which activate the S-protein spikes for viral spread and pathogenesis in the infected hosts. In Malaria, CD147, also known as Basigin, is used by parasites to gain entry into the cell. Recent publications suggest that it also can be used as a point of entry by the SARS-COV-2 virus. Our previous work (US patent 9,006,292) showed that Metadichol is also potent against Malarial parasites and, by association, CD147. A pilot study (outside the USA) on five SARS-COV-2 patients with minor indications showed the absence of a virus after 2-4 days of Metadichol @ 20 mg per day. To validate this further, we have initiated a study in collaboration with government agencies. Basic Use and Directions for Nano Soma

So, a couple of things:

It’s quite common, when starting out with NANO SOMA, that it tastes bitter or soapy or like coconut; some report even like vomit… It’s only natural to think this is the taste of NANO SOMA. It’s not. It’s a message about the imbalance in your body. As you use NANO SOMA, this taste disappears. It always has an energy sensation to it, in my experience, but the taste goes away as your body comes into balance. For some, it has no taste from the “get go”. That’s unusual.

So, please don’t think this horrible tasting thing is beyond what you can put up with. It’s about your body’s balance and it passes. And please don’t throw it back at us in your misunderstanding… Some have. If needed, you can add it to some fruit juice as you get started, but don’t mix it and leave it, and don’t keep doing that. It’s not necessary.

Secondly, quite a few people experience a healing crisis of some sort. This is not unusual with natural products but, given NANO SOMA triggers the body, at some point, to heal and clear everything that doesn’t belong, it’s more likely and its nature more diverse than anything else you have used. Again, this is not about NANO SOMA not agreeing with you or your body. It’s about your body healing itself. If you have herpes lurking in your body or the shingles virus or some other thing that expresses itself on the skin, expect to get an outbreak. But it will be your last. Again, you are embarking on a healing journey, and some things are dealt with quickly, others can take months or longer.

If you find 5 sprays/day is too much, drop down to 1 and in extremely reactive conditions (triggered by extreme and complex ill health), dipping a cotton bud in the bottle and rubbing it on your wrist can be all you can handle to begin with. This is rare, but it happens.
