It’s a busy week with socializing, at least one unexpected trip to my chiropractor, and the baking extravaganza is still ongoing so my time at the computer has been short. A few super quick & easy stretches for your back from a former ballerina 🙂
1) Lay flat on carpeted floor. Raise your knee to your chest – one at a time. Raise knee to same side of chest, then opposite side of chest with other leg pinned straight down on floor.
2) Sit in a chair that has 4 legs (NOT your computer chair). Lean over so your chest is on your lap. Stretch your arms out — UNDER THE CHAIR — so you’re reaching for the back legs of the chair. If you CAN reach those legs, use them to pull your chest even tighter to your lap.
