Lebanon is now completely without power and experiencing a blackout after the Zahrani Power Plant shut down because it ran out of gas oil.
This blackout affects the entire country, including key services like airports, ports, water systems, and prisons.

FYI, I wanted to top off my gas tank this morning and passed three Circle K gas stations in a row on the way home with the yellow “out of service” wraps on the nozzles of every pump—a dozen at least. I gave up and went out of my way to Fry’s so I can relax. Nothing is a given these days. Just sayin’.

As for the Circle K’s with all nozzles out of service: This from abc15 – Circle K says it will be “several more days” before some of their locations around Arizona are back to full fuel capacity after the stations ran out of gas.
